How can I reserve items in Soeur retail locations?Updated 6 months ago

You now have the option to reserve items for free at our Soeur retail locations, without any obligation to purchase, directly from our website. This service is offered on each product page, where you will be asked to choose the retail location where you wish to make the reservation, as well as provide some personal information:

  • Your first and last name  
  • Your email and phone number  

You will receive an email from the store confirming or denying the availability of the requested item within two working hours (this time may be slightly extended during Soeur promotional periods).

From the confirmation email, the item will be set aside for you for 48 hours. After this period, the item will automatically be returned to stock, and the reservation will be canceled.

This service will be disabled during official sale periods.

Please note that a reservation made during a promotional period (private sale), with a special price, will only be valid if the item is picked up during the dates of that same promotional period. If the item is picked up after the end date of the sale, the in-store price will be the one before the discount.

Return conditions remain the same as those that apply in our retail locations.
