•Find the customer's order by following the process .
•Once you have detected the correct , proceed to Step 2.
Step 2: Resolution:
•If the Order > Fulfillment status is unfulfilled:
•If the Order > Status is either waiting to be shipped or partially refunded and waiting to be shipped, follow the process 
•Else, if the Order > Status is refunded, voided, or cancelled, follow the process.
•Else, if the Order > Fulfillment status is fulfilled:
•If the Order > Shipments > Status is either in transit, out for delivery, or confirmed, follow the process .
