My order

Is my order properly taken into account?

You can track the status of your order at any time in the "Orders" section of your My Account area. When your order is marked as "shipped," you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number, allowing you to follow your parcel's progress

Is it possible to cancel or modify my order?

You can add or remove items from your cart as long as your order has not been confirmed. Once your order has been placed, it is no longer possible to modify or cancel it.
