If your package arrives damaged, with missing or defective items, please contact our customer service immediately. Include your order number and photos of the package and/or affected items.
Claims must be filed quickly, so please send us these documents within 24 hours of delivery.
Once we receive them, we will open a claim with the carrier.
Unfortunately, we cannot file a claim with the carrier after this 24-hour period.
