How do I return my order from France?Updated 14 hours ago

Returns are free for all orders shipped to France.
You have 14 days after receiving your order to return it. If the return period has expired, you will not be able to generate the prepaid Colissimo return label (except for purchases made before Christmas).

Your postal return is processed in two steps:

• Go directly to 'make a return' or to your 'My account' area. You will find your order history, and the "Make a return" option will be available.

• You will have the option to request a refund, an exchange, or a store credit.

• Select the items to be returned and indicate the reason for the return.

• Confirm your request, and the return label will be automatically generated. Print the prepaid return label and attach it to your package.

We invite you to visit the Chronopost website to find the nearest drop-off point.


Each return label is strictly linked to a specific order. If you are making multiple returns, please ship each order separately using the corresponding return label. It is not possible to combine several orders in a single parcel.
