If you wish to obtain a credit note, you can select this option during your return request.

Go to the "Make a return or exchange" section, or log in to your account under "My Account".

Select the relevant order, choose the item to return, and then select the "credit note" option. You will then just need to generate your return label.

Return the unworn item, in perfect condition, with its label, using the provided return label.

Once the item is received by our warehouse, your credit note will be issued.

Conditions:

• Credit notes are non-refundable. If you choose this option, no refund will be possible.
• Credit notes are only valid on our website and cannot be used in-store.
