Like with a standard return, you have 15 days following the receipt of your order to return part or all of your order.

If I return my entire order:

You will receive a refund for the first installment only, and the other installments will be canceled, meaning they will not be charged.

If I return my order partially:

In this case, the payment platform Alma, which allows for 3 installments with no fees, will adjust the remaining payments based on the amount refunded and, if applicable, refund any amounts already charged.
