How can I track the delivery of my package?Updated 3 days ago

For orders to the European Union:

At the time of your order shipment, you will receive a confirmation email from our services containing your tracking number, as well as a link to the carrier website.  

To track your parcel, simply enter your tracking number in the "Track my package" section to check the status of your delivery.

Your tracking number will also be available directly in the "Orders" section of your account.

For orders outside the European Union:

At the time of your order shipment, you will receive a confirmation email from our services containing your tracking number, as well as a link to the DHL website.  

You can also track your package by entering your order number and email address here.
