Returns from Archive Sales can only be made by mail; no returns in-store will be accepted for Archive Sales orders.
Returns for Archive Sales are only processed by mail; no in-store returns or exchanges will be accepted for Archive Sale orders.
You can return your order to any of our Soeur stores in France, Spain, Italy, Belgium, and the United Kingdom (excluding department stores – this service is not available at Le Bon Marché, Printemps, BHV, Galeries Lafayette, El Corté Ingles, or Harvey Nichols).
• Go directly to Make a Return or your My Account space. You will find your order history, and the option to "Make a Return" will be available for in-store or online returns.
• Check the items to be returned, as well as the reason for the return.
• Go to the store and return the unworn items to our sales team, who will validate or reject the return.
Items with detached tags or in poor condition cannot be returned.
• An acknowledgment of receipt will be sent to you by email, and the refund for your items will be processed automatically via the original payment method used.
• An exchange request will result in a new web shipment of the returned item, sent directly to your home by mail. Exchanges are not possible in-store.
• If you choose a store credit, it will be valid online only and cannot be used in-store.
• Returns are only possible for stores in the country of purchase. Other countries are not eligible for this type of return.
