Online Exchange

If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, you can do so free of charge.

Go to the  “Make a Return” section or access your customer account under  “My Account”.

Select the relevant order, choose the item to exchange and the desired size, then generate your return label.

Return the unworn item in perfect condition, with its tag attached, using the provided return label.

The shipment of the new size will be triggered once your return has been validated.

In-store Exchange

You can also return your item in-store. It will be processed as a return with a refund, and you can then make a new purchase directly in-store if you wish.

Conditions

• Online exchange is limited to one exchange per item.
• Returned items must be in perfect condition, unworn, and with their original tags attached.
