How does it work?

1. On our website

Make an appointment with a Tilli artisan directly on our dedicated page.

- The appointment will take place at home or at your workplace, with slots available 7 days a week, from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.

- A professional tailor will come to take your measurements, give you advice and deliver your altered and adjusted item within 7 to 10 days.

- A price estimate will be defined when you make your appointment and confirmed on a quote by your tailor.

2. In store

Visit one of our Soeur boutiques* in France (excluding department stores) to drop off your item. Measurements or repair instructions will be taken on site, and your item will then be sent for alterations.
