What should I do if my package seems lost or stuck?Updated 6 months ago

For orders to the European Union:

If you find an issue with the delivery of your package while tracking it on the La Poste website, and you believe it may be lost or stuck—which can unfortunately happen—we encourage you to contact our team at [email protected].  

Please remember to have your order number and tracking number handy.

For orders outside the European Union:

If you find an issue with the delivery of your package while tracking it on the DHL website, and you believe it may be lost or stuck—which can unfortunately happen—we encourage you to contact our team via the contact form.
