Why is my package being returned to the sender?Updated 6 months ago

Packages that are returned to the sender are often due to an error in the delivery address, repeated absences during several delivery attempts, or a package awaiting pickup at a post office that exceeds the 15-day hold period.

In any case, when our warehouse receives a return to sender, our service will contact the customer.

However, we encourage you to reach out to our team at [email protected] to determine if a reshipment is possible if you wish.
